When it comes to toning and exfoliating your skin, avoid using toners that contain alcohol and be careful when using the exfoliator, as it must not be a hard one. Exfoliate your skin gently and observe its reaction before doing it again. Also, exfoliate once a week or even once every two weeks if your skin is too sensitive. Also, instead of applying perfumes on your skin, go for essential oils instead, as they are safer due to their natural composition. After a shower, gently pat your skin with a dry towel instead of rubbing it. And, before applying a skin care product on your skin, test it on a small patch of skin that is located in a more discreet area. This way, you will notice if it will produce an allergic reaction or make your skin feel uncomfortable.
