Bonus Programme

We reward your loyalty with our Bonus Programme. The following conditions apply for collecting and redeeming loyalty points:

1. Participation

All customers who have a registered customer account are eligible to take part. 

2. Earning Loyalty Points

The basis of the GOOD-BYE Bonus Programme is loyalty points, which are saved in the customer’s points account. Points accounts and credits cannot be manually transferred to other customer accounts. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed in cash. Customers can check the current status of their points account at any time. 

Your customer account is credited with loyalty points every time you place an order and payment has reached us. The number of loyalty points depends on the relevant value of the order. Some certain and separately advertised special offers carry additional loyalty points. Loyalty points are credited to the customer number used for the order. If a customer places orders via several accounts, points are saved to the relevant accounts respectively. 

3. Redeeming Loyalty Points

Once you have reached 200 points you can redeem the points for a loyalty bonus – that is as part of an order with a minimum value of 20 Euro. 

Loyalty points, which are not redeemed within 12 months of having been saved to the customer account, become void. Loyalty points become void with immediate effect if misused. 

4. Rewards Shipment & Complaints

You simply place your loyalty bonus in the Shopping Basket just like a "normal" online shopping transaction by clicking the shopping trollet symbol. Delivery charges depend on the latest shipping costs. Together with your loyalty bonus product you can order further products directly from our shop at the regular prices when redeeming your bonus. 

Despite careful packaging, it may be the case that the loyalty bonus product does not reach you intact; the consignment must be immediately queried with the delivery agent in such instances. Please send us a scan of the complaint report as well as photographic evidence. We will then send you a replacement product.

5. Changes

GOOD-BYE reserves the right to terminate the bonus programme at any time or to change it in its entirety. Participants’ compensation claims are excluded. All information is subject to change.
